Environmentally conscious consumers trying
to do their part to help by purchasing a certified energy-efficient home, Bank
of America wants to do their part to help them by saving them money on their
mortgage. Clients building a new home or purchasing a new construction home that
is ENERGY STAR ™ qualified*, Bank of America will give them up to $1,000 credit
in closing fees on their mortgage**. So, not only will they get a home with
energy-efficient improvements that deliver better performance, greater comfort,
and lower utility bills, they’ll get a mortgage that gives them more buying
power.
